best intentions

It has been so long since I posted that I forgot my Blogger login and password. Oh my...

In fact, I was mostly shamed into blogging by Rachael, scolding us all for not blogging more. Rachael, however, assumed that we were all out having fun, which really isn't the case for me. Just life, taking up all my time - some good, some bad, some really bad, but all busy.

I'm still knitting, not very much, but it's there. Some socks, a shawl I finished, a sweater for myself (gasp! I haven't done that in a while), a few baby items (gasp! no, not for myself..)

Today's scheduled life includes a yard sale, choking on paint fumes (we're painting the exterior of our house for the first time in 9 years), a visit from dear friends, and more chasing after and arguing with small children.

Speaking of, here's a photo of my smaller urchin, during one of his rare moments of rest. (I do this as much to make sure I can still remember how to post photos as to show you anything interesting, but I'm also a sucker for photos of sleeping kids.)
